Good hotel with amazing amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and an indoor swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped me print important documents, which I greatly appreciated. Sandy, the breakfast host, was really good, providing fantastic service. I always look forward to returning, especially for Christmas.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly. We have stayed in numerous hotels for business and pleasure but I have to say the staff (particularly the girls at reception) but also the cleaning staff we met on corridors etc were very friendly and polite. we really liked the live music and dancing in the bar in the castlecourt hotel, again, the staff there were very friendly.
The price of the rooms are too steep especially in this day and age.

Marvellous and brilliant location within walking distance from everything, good pool. Also - not far from centre of town, and west coast.

Comfortable bed and spacious room.
I was disappointed with the lack of parking . It was a busy Saturday with multiple weddings, and although I understand hotels can be busy, there should be adequate parking . To make matters worse, I struggled to find a spot and then returned to find my car had been hit, with the hotel's management providing no support at all.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of town. The staff were accommodating, especially with our two small toddlers. The breakfast setup was fantastic, with a great buffet and the option to order hot items separately, which made our mornings good. Although we had a small hiccup with our dinner reservation, the management was responsive and offered us a free bottle of wine as an apology. It was a very enjoyable stay for our family.

Central location to town. Complimentary use of pool onsite good for families. The family room had 2 double beds and 1 single with a jacuzzi bath and separate shower - really nice facilities

It were allocated an amazing large room on the top floor, which was a big as a small house. Very good spa and pool Great central location in Westport Food was good Free parking
